30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from delivery to return or exchange items. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

What You Can Return

• All clothing items (T-shirts, hoodies) in original condition
• Unworn items with original tags and packaging
• Items that don't fit properly
• Items that arrived damaged or defective

What You Can't Return

• Digital downloads (wallpapers)
• Items worn or washed
• Items without original tags
• Items damaged by customer

How to Return

1. Email us at hello@bybank.co.za with your order number
2. We'll send you a return authorization and instructions
3. Pack items securely with original packaging
4. Use the prepaid return label we provide
5. Drop off at designated courier collection point

Exchanges

Want a different size or color? We'll exchange it for free if the item is available. Just follow the return process and let us know what you want instead.

Refunds

• Refunds processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return
• Refunded to original payment method
• Original shipping costs not refundable (unless item was defective)
• Free shipping returns for defective or wrong items

Damaged or Wrong Items

Received the wrong item or something damaged? That's on us. We'll cover return shipping and send a replacement or full refund.
